Almost as soon as I sit down for the first meeting with a new customer, the same question nearly always comes up:
“And how quickly will it pay for itself?”
A valid question—but the answer cannot be found in a catalogue.
ROI is not created by attractive features on slides, but by data from the real process:
👉 How much time do we save in daily operations?
👉 What is the error rate before and after?
👉 What does this mean for employees in the operation?
💡 My experience: figures are persuasive—but only when they come from reality.
That is why a simple process trial is often more effective than presenting 20 ROI slides.
👉 What is your approach: do you prefer Excel models or real pilot data?
