Many salespeople unconsciously fall back into product thinking.
The moment is almost always the same: price, dimensions, throughput or delivery time are discussed before we talk about workflows.
At that point, we are no longer in the systems business.
We are repairing the present instead of shaping the future.
A system does not begin with height, width or storage volume. It begins with the question:
👉 How should this process work in two, five or ten years?
If we talk only about figures, we lose sight of the purpose.
And without purpose, every system becomes an expensive interim solution.
👉 How do you notice that you have slipped back into product thinking?
