At the end of the year, I was often asked: “What was your greatest highlight?”
Quite honestly, it was not only the biggest deals or the most sophisticated technology projects.
It was the moments when “customer and supplier” became a genuine team.
Ultimately, systems sales is a little like Christmas:

That is why I would like to thank everyone with whom I had the privilege of working shoulder to shoulder this year—customers, partners and colleagues.
Without you, the orchestra would have remained incomplete. 🎶
