Revolution, game changer or Industry 5.0.

I always have to smile when I see buzzwords such as “revolution”, “game changer” or “Industry 5.0” in presentations.

They sound impressive—but often trigger only one response from customers: scepticism.

Ultimately, what matters is not how modern a term sounds, but whether the solution works in day-to-day operations.

I remember a project that we won precisely because we avoided grand visions and marketing clichés.

Instead, we analysed the existing process, identified specific improvement opportunities and described a realistic path that allowed the customer to begin immediately.

💡 My conviction:

Customers do not buy hype—they buy results.

Trust is not created by buzzwords, but by transparent concepts, honest advice and solutions that deliver measurable added value.
