I used to begin customer conversations with the software.
Today, I start with one question: Why?
Why do you want to change something? What problem do you want to solve? And what should improve for your employees?
Only once I understand that do we talk about software.
Because I have learned that even the best software offers little value if I do not understand the real problem.
Since then, I have relied less on presentations and much more on meaningful conversations. That is precisely where the best solutions emerge.
In the end, success is not determined by the number of features. It is determined by how software, processes and people work together.
How do you approach this?
