Ten years ago, I started in software—today, I work in systems sales.
And during that time, I have learned a great deal:
👉 Technology matters—but it is only the tool.
👉 Processes are crucial—because they shape everyday work.
👉 People are the key—because ultimately they are the ones who use the solutions, or do not.
At the beginning, I often thought: “The technology will sort it out.”
Today, I know: technology without process understanding and trust achieves nothing.
💡 My conclusion after ten years:
The best projects are those in which people, processes and technology are in balance.
